HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS' INSIGNIA


This is the Royal Insignia for the personal use of His Royal Highness and it contains six elements which have specific meanings:-
 

  1. The Royal Aigrette (the symbol of sovereignty).

  2. Crescent (symbolises Islam as the official religion).

  3. Nine Pointed Stars (representing the nine districts in Perak).

  4. The State Sword (Pedang Cura Si Manja Kini symbolises power and authority).

  5. The Motto - "Allah Peliharakan Sultan Perak" meaning "May Allah protects the Sultan of Perak" alluding to the prayers of His subjects.

  6. Sheaves of Padi - the two golden sheaves of padi signify prosperity.

 

HER ROYAL HIGHNESS' INSIGNIA


This is the Royal Insignia specially created and designed for the use of Her Royal Highness the Raja Permaisuri Perak.  Basically it is similar to that of His Royal Highness' and it contains the basic six elements.

  1. The Tiara (the symbol of sovereign).

  2. Crescent (symbolises Islam as the official religion).

  3. Nine Pointed Stars (representing the nine districts in Perak).

  4. The State Sword (Pedang Cura Si Manja Kini symbolises power and authority).

  5. The Motto  "Allah Peliharakan Raja Permaisuri" (May Allah protects the Raja Permaisuri" alluding to the prayers of Her subjects).

  6. Sheaves of Padi - the two golden sheaves of padi signify prosperity.
