VISION

To generate a quality administrative and management machinery with the objective of being an outstanding organisation in line with Perak Maju 2015.

MISSION

To establish a system for general administration, financial management, protocol service, coordination of districts, buildings, assets and real estate properties that is efficient, professional and organised.

OBJECTIVE

To become a high-performance service organisation through planning, development and prudent management by fulfilling the following criteria:

  • Transparent in carrying out tasks;
  • Diligent, efficient and accurate;
  • Dedicated and disciplined;
  • Prompt in all actions;
  • Friendly to all clients;
  • Adhering to all laws, policies and regulations.

The Management Services Division covers all aspects of general administration, buildings and assets management, coordination of districts and real estate properties, events and protocol management, finance and resource centres.
