IPOH, 15 August 2025 – State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim today received a courtesy visit from National Department for Culture and Arts (JKKN) Perak Director Hisham Mat Husein at the Corporate Meeting Room, Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan.

Also present during the visit were Zaiton Zakaria from JKKN and JKKN Senior Cultural Artist Nor Fairus Alias.

This visit aimed to strengthen strategic relations and bilateral cooperation between the Perak State Government and JKKN, particularly in the development of the state’s arts, culture and heritage, as well as the coordination of joint programmes.

The meeting served as an important platform to strengthen understanding and professional relationships between both parties to ensure that the sustainability of the state's arts and culture continues to be preserved.
