Perak state level best qari winner and memorisation champion.

IPOH, 28 March 2021 - HRH Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah graced the Perak State Level Al-Quran Recitation and Memorisation Closing Ceremony at the Casuarina Convention Centre in Meru here tonight.

Also gracing the ceremony were HH Raja Muda Perak Raja Jaafar Almarhum Raja Muda Musa, HH Raja Puan Besar Perak Raja Nazhatul Shima Almarhum Sultan Idris A’fifullah Shah and HH Raja Di-Hilir Perak Raja Iskandar Dzulkarnain Almarhum Sultan Idris A’fifullah Shah.

Also present were State Industry, Investment and Corridor Development Committee Chairman Dato' Shahrul Zaman Yahya representing the Perak Menteri Besar, State Secretary Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and Perak Islamic Religious Department Director Dato’ Mohd Yusop Husin.

At the ceremony, HRH Sultan Nazrin Shah presented prizes to the state qari and qariah champions, Mohd Kamaruzaman Daud and Munirah Razali.

Both the winners each took home cash RM10,000, a plaque, a certificate, gifts and a Haj package worth RM10,000.

Meanwhile, Ahmad Akhyar Alfadli Khairuddin and Durrah Baharuddin were declared as winners in the Al-Quran juzuk 1-10 memorising category.

In the Al-Quran juzuk 1-20 memorising category, the winners were Muhammad Adib Ahmad Rozaini and Aqilah Sulhi Ahmad Rozaini.

The winners in the Al-Quran juzuk 1-30 memorising category were Abdullah Muhammad Hanif and Adibah Husni Ahmad Rozaini.

All the winners of the recitation and memorisation competition will represent Perak at the National Level Recitation and Memorisation competition.
