Working Visit Of SUK Penang EKSA Committee To SUK Perak

IPOH, 26 May 2022 - The Perak State Secretariat (SUK Perak) received a working visit from 40 members of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) Committee, SUK Penang at the Perak State Secretariat Building this evening.
SUK Penang EKSA Committee Chairman Nur' Aishah Md Norodin said her administration was currently in the transition phase from 5S practices to EKSA for a more efficient and effective transformation of service governance.
“This transition is an improvement to the environmental ecosystem in SUK Penang and it is a new challenge for us. This visit is an opportunity for us to share knowledge and ideas with SUK Perak which has been practicing EKSA since 2017.
"Among the main focus of EKSA practice for the SUK Penang administration is to create conducive workspace, efficient and effective store management, creative and innovative culture in daily operations as well as digitalisation transformation leading to Go Green," she explained.
Also present were Deputy State Secretary (Development) Halizah Sipun and Corporate Division Principal Assistant State Secretary Anita Amri, the Coordinator of EKSA SUK Perak.
The Deputy State Secretary (Development) said she very much welcomed the visit of the Penang EKSA Committee to SUK Perak and hoped it can strengthen the relationship between the two state secretariats in enhancing knowledge to smoothen the administrative organisation system.
“The practice of EKSA is not an easy thing, it requires a high level of commitment and cooperation from all divisions of the Perak State Secretariat. Alhamdulillah, this programme has received encouraging response from all parties here,” she added
