IPOH, 13 July 2022 - The Perak State Secretariat through Kelab Seri Perak Darul Ridzuan (KESEDAR) held an Ibadah Korban Gotong-Royong Programme in conjunction with this year's Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration.

About 100 people comprising department heads and staff from each division of the Perak State Secretariat cooperated to make the programme, which started as early as 8.30am, a success.

For this year, two cows were sacrificed and the slaughtering process was done at the Ipoh Slaughter House first before being taken to the State Secretariat bus park for the next process.

Earlier, the State Secretariat staff were divided into teams of 10 from each division to do the work of skinning, packing, cooking, serving and also ensuring the cleanliness of the place.

After completion of the work, the sacrificial meat was distributed to the target group and personnel on duty.

Also present to enliven the event were Perak Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad, State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and State Legal Adviser Dato' Azmir Shah Zainal Abidin.
