PULAU PINANG, 5 February 2023 - The Perak State Secretariat (PSUK Perak) held a three-day Harmonious Discourse Programme On Driving The Directions For 2023 here.

The programme involved department heads and management officers and professionals of each division in the Perak State Secretariat.

The objectives of the programme were to increase the level of competency and set the directions of the departments in line with the requirements of the Prosperous Perak Plan 2030, as well as the vision and mission of the Perak State Government.

Besides, it was held to study and improve the work process in ensuring that the Perak State Secretariat’s service delivery is always at the excellent level.

Furthermore, the action plan for the existing policies, new directions and also the Perak State Government’s strategic actions 2023 can be well and solidly formulated.

Also present at the programme were State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, Deputy State Secretary (Management) Dato' Nor Sham Rahman and Deputy State Secretary (Development) Halizah Sipun.

The programme has managed to produce positive results with each section of the PSUK Perak having a better understanding of the focus that needs to be prioritised in 2023 and beyond in making the state of Perak sustainable and competitive.
