TAIPING, 16 March 2023 - The Larut, Matang and Selama District and Land Office (PDT LMS) became the second location for the One-Day Programme with State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim.

The programme at 9.00 am started with a friendly session with the staff at Dataran Warisan and continued with a visit to PDTLMS and a review of the e-Tanah System being used.

After the visit, Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim was briefed by LMS District Officer Mohd Nasrul Menhat on the administration, project implementation status and the role of LMS District in driving the Perak Sejahtera Plan 2030.

Next, the programme continued with a walkabout session around the Royal Lake Garden to see the potential or proposed development in the area.

Among the areas visited were the Casuarina Inn site, Botanical Garden, Padang Merbok and Pejabat Penghulu Mukim Taiping.

Also present at the programme were Perak Land and Mines Director Dato' Mohamad Fariz Mohamad Hanip, Taiping Municipal Council President Khairul Amir Mohamad Zubir and Selama District Council President Nor Akmal Yang Ghazali.

The One-Day Programme with the State Secretary aimed to give space to Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and the Perak State Secretariat top management to understand the needs and direction of the administration of each district in the state.

Besides discussing the directions for 2023, the programme also aimed to give an overview of the district's development aspects in implementing the Perak Sejahtera Plan 2030.
