Message And Handing Over Ceremony Of Acting Letters To Northern Zone PTD Officers Grade M48 And M52.

IPOH, 28 July 2023 - Civil servants must carry out their duties with full dedication and responsibility, and make their work as an act of worship.

Public Service Director-General Dato' Dr Zulkapli Mohamed said this at the Message and Handing Over Ceremony of Acting Letters to the Northern Zone Administrative and Diplomatic Officers (PTD) Grade M48 and M52.

"The government has set a number of targets including making Malaysia an Asian economic leader.

"Therefore, it is our responsibility as administrators to review the procedural and work process as facilitators to improve efficiency, eliminate outdated regulations and make digitalisation a new approach in the organisation's daily affairs to achieve that goal," he said at the event.

He added that we must possess the ability to think outside the box in carrying out tasks without a time limit to continue learning to improve our weaknesses and add knowledge, while maintaining the noble moral values, integrity and trust.

He also presented acting letters to 86 northern zone PTD officers, comprising 10 officers in acting grade M52 and 76 officers in acting grade M48, before the ceremony ended with a reception.

Also present were State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, Deputy State Secretary (Management) Dato' Nor Sham Rahman, PSD Service Division Director Baduruhisam Mohd Nor, PSD Service Division Senior Deputy Director Aida Maizura Mazlan, Service Division Deputy Director Mohd Zulkefley Mohd Sabri and Perak Land and Mines Director Dato' Mohamad Fariz Mohamad Hanip.
