IPOH, 7 March 2025 – A total of 1,020 people attended the State Secretary's Iftar Ceremony with Kelab Seri Perak Darul Ridzuan (KESEDAR) Members and Families 2025 at Dewan Bankuet, Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan.

The guests were staff and family members of the Perak State Secretariat, Perak Housing and Property Board, Perak Sports Council and Darul Ridzuan Museum.

The ceremony at around 6.30pm began with the arrival of State Secretary and KESEDAR President Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, accompanied by Deputy State Secretary (Management) and KESEDAR Vice President Dato' Nor Sham Rahman.

The occasion was also blessed with a brief tazkirah by Ustaz Suhaimi Latip, a teacher of Sekolah Maahad Al-Ummah, Ulu Chepor, as well as the recitation of tahlil and doa.

The main purpose of organising this event every year was to celebrate KESEDAR members and their families, as well as strengthening the relationships among each other.

Also present were State Legal Advisor Dato' Azmir Shah Zainal Abidin, State Financial Officer Dato' Mohd Zaki Mahyudin, Deputy State Secretary (Development) Halizah Sipun, and heads of departments.

At the event, Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim also took the time to present duit raya donations to the children of KESEDAR members.

The event was also enlivened by the antics of KESEDAR children who entertained the guests present.
