IPOH, 28 April 2025 – State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim today chaired the Perak Territorial Army Support Committee (JAKPAW) Meeting Series 24/2025 at Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan here.

The meeting was held to discuss various initiatives to strengthen the Territorial Army’s role in the national defence system at the state level, as well as to plan and discuss activities scheduled for 2025.

Besides, the meeting also focused on efforts to increase community involvement in the Territorial Army through promotional programmes, continuous training enhancement, and strategic collaboration among government agencies, the private sector, and local communities.

Hopefully, the results of the discussion and the outcome of this meeting will further strengthen the ranks of the Territorial Army in Perak, as well as encouraging the people to be more committed in defending the nation's sovereignty and instilling a stronger spirit of patriotism.

Also present at the meeting were State Financial Officer and Perak JAKPAW Deputy Chairman Dato' Mohd Zaki Mahyudin, 2nd Brigade Commander Brig. Gen. Mohd Rosli Abu Bakar, Territorial Army 503rd Regiment Commander Col Syed Nasir Sayed Mahadi, Manjung Territorial Chief Toh Seri Bijaya Lt Col (B) Dato' Shaharudin Nazari, Hilir Perak Territorial Chief Orang Kaya-Kaya Laksamana Raja Mahkota Dato' Meor Redwan Mahayudin, and Perak JAKPAW Members.
