Perak State Government Continues To Strengthen Civil Servants’ Leadership Through HLN.

A total of 14 officers from Grade 9 to Grade 12 (KUP) receive the HLN Perak offer letters.

IPOH, 26 May 2025 – The Perak State Government remains committed to strengthening human capital development in the public sector through the organisation of the State Training Award (HLN) Programme.

This training programme will bring together 14 officers from Grade 9 to Grade 12 (KUP) to participate in the Leadership Programme for Evolving Public Sector Leaders: “Becoming a Strategic Leader” at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore, from 23 to 26 June 2025.

The offer letter handover ceremony was officiated by State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim at the Perak State Secretariat Library, Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan.

The collaboration programme between the Perak State Government and the Razak School of Government (RSOG) aims to emphasise aspects of strategic leadership, critical thinking, change management, and decision-making abilities in a complex and challenging policy environment.

Additionally, it also opens up opportunities for participants to gain international level best practices in the effort to improve public service efficiency.

Also present were Deputy State Secretary (Development) Halizah Sipun and Human Resource Management Division (HRMD) Secretary Mohd Azraie Harun.
