The State Secretary at the KBGK Mesra Night 2/2025.

IPOH, 17 September 2025 – State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim officiated the Kelab Bakti Gunung Keledang (KBGK) Mesra Night 2/2025 at the Royal Perak Golf Club (RPGC) here.

The event was held to strengthen bonds among members, besides appreciating their long-standing contributions to the club.

Such programmes are also the best platform for members to gather, exchange views and discuss the direction of KBGK in planning various welfare and community development programmes.

The night became even more meaningful when Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim was appointed as a new member of KBGK, thus demonstrating his support for the club's mission based on the spirit of welfare, volunteerism and brotherhood.

Also appointed as a new member was Akmal Abdul Hamid, who will help further strengthen the KBGK membership, comprising government officers, businessmen, politicians and professionals from various fields.

Since its establishment in the late 1970s, KBGK has served as a welfare organisation that not only focuses on social activities but also actively implements educational, economic and community programmes via the bureaus established.

In line with its motto 'Bersatu, Berbakti Demi Negara’ KBGK has always been a platform for uniting members from diverse backgrounds to move together in the welfare and community agendas.

The event was also enlivened by the presence of State Assembly Speaker Dato’ Mohammad Zahir Abdul Khalid, State Financial Officer Dato' Mohd Zaki Mahyudin, Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah, Perak Territorial Chiefs, KBGK President Muhammad Hamzah Md Hamdan, state and federal department heads, and KBGK Members.
