State Secretary’s Management KPI Monitoring Meeting No. 1/2026

IPOH, 18 January 2026 – The Management KPI Monitoring Meeting No. 1/2026 under the Perak State Secretary was held on 15 January at the State Operations Room, Ground Floor, Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan.
The meeting, chaired by Deputy State Secretary (Management) Dato’ Nor Sham Rahman, was attended by department heads and officers from the Perak State Government departments and agencies.
The main focus of the meeting was to monitor the achievement and implementation of 16 Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under the State Secretary, covering aspects of human resource management, finance, public complaints and service delivery as set in previous years.
Among the KPIs discussed were the implementation of the Civil Servant Psychological Health Digital Profiling System (MyPsyD), HRMIS, Joint Department Council (MBJ), Implementation of Three (3) Days Course, Security Screening (e-Vetting) 3.0, Management of Disciplinary Issues and Management of State Government quarters.
The meeting was followed by the 2025 Management KPI Achievement Certificates Presentation Ceremony in recognition of departments and agencies that showed excellent achievements based on the set KPI targets.
A total of 70 departments and agencies were involved in the certificate presentation ceremony, with the Lenggong District Council emerging as the recipient of the most certificates when it successfully obtained six (6) certificates for the 2025 Management KPI Achievement.
These achievements included the Implementation of Three (3) Days Course, Security Screening (e-Vetting) 3.0, Value Practice Management (SPAN), Public Complaints Management (SISPAA), Joint Department Council (MBJ) and Excellence Evaluation Certificate (SPLaSK).
The organisation of this meeting and recognition ceremony reflects the Perak State Government’s continued commitment to strengthening efficient and accountable governance, besides improving the quality of public service delivery that is integrity-driven and oriented towards the needs of the people.

Beliau memulakan perkhidmatan dalam kerajaan pada 15 September 1997 sebagai Penolong Pengarah, Unit Pengurusan Dan Profesional, Bahagian Perkhidmatan, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam.
Jawatan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak disandang oleh YB Dato Ahmad Suaidi bin Abdul Rahim. Dilahirkan pada 11 Mac 1970 di Pantai Remis, Perak, beliau telah memulakan kerjayanya sebagai Pegawai Tadbir dan Diplomatik pada 15 Januari 1996 dan pernah berkhidmat sebagai Timbalan Setiausaha Kerajaan (Pembangunan) Negeri Selangor, Pengarah Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Negeri Selangor dan Pegawai Daerah di Hulu Selangor dan Gombak.
