VISION

To assist the Perak state government enhance and fine-tune the public service delivery system through ICT.


MISSION

  • To ensure the ICT network infrastructures of all government departments and agencies function constantly.
  • To support and ensure the application systems of all government departments and agencies run smoothly.


OBJECTIVE

To modernise the government administration in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative delivery system so as to be more capable and proficient.

FUNCTION

  • To plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of the state ICT programme.
  • To develop, implement, maintain and provide consultation services regarding Perak ICT Infostructure and Infrastructure.
  • To provide the state network infrastructure (PerakNet) facilities to ensure that the ICT network for all government departments and agencies function continuously.
  • To act as the secretariat/member of Perak ICT committee.
