Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad’s arrival is accompanied by Dato’ Seri Mohammad Zahir Abdul Khalid, State Exco Members and Dato’ Nor Sham Rahman

IPOH, 28 November 2025 – The Perak State Government has launched the State Assemblymen Information System (eADN), an integrated digital platform designed to record and manage information on serving and retired State Assemblymen (ADN).

The system was launched by Perak Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad at the Media Room, Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan.

Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad said the eADN system is an initiative aimed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data management, hence expediting official application processes involving ADN, retired ADN or their beneficiaries via full online implementation.

“System users comprise the State Assembly and Exco Division as system owner, the Digital Division as technical system management, and system end-users consist of the Menteri Besar, State Assembly Speaker, State Exco Members, ADN as well as retired ADN or their beneficiaries.

“The eADN system provides various modules, such as the Personal Information Module, Medical Facility Application Module, Road Tax Exemption Module, Forms Module, Service Centre (GIS) Module and Announcement Module, while system owners can access the Service Statement Module, Pension and Gratuity Module, System Administration Module and Announcement Module,” he elaborated.

He added that to ensure the integrity and security of information, eADN is equipped with tiered access controls in data management, applications and verification processes, in line with current digital security standards.

 “I am confident that with the involvement of various parties, including ADN, MUBARAK representatives and government departments and agencies in the development of this system, this user-friendly system can be successfully implemented starting 1 January 2026. eADN can be accessed at eadn.perak.gov.my,” he said.

Also present were State Assembly Speaker Dato’ Seri Mohammad Zahir Abdul Khalid, State Exco Members and Deputy State Secretary (Management) Dato’ Nor Sham Rahman.
