LENGGONG, 30 October 2021- Perak Menteri Besar Dato' Saarani Mohamad officiated the Community Service Programme organised by the Perak Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) in collaboration with the Lenggong District Council at Dewan Merdeka, Lenggong.

Director General of Malaysian Customs Dato' Sri Abdul Latif Abdul Kadir hoped that the contributions will help ease the burden besides strengthening the relationship between RMCD and the locals.

“The role of RMCD in curbing smuggling can be highlighted through this kind of programme. In fact, we can convey transparently the role and provide exposure to the community regarding the act and source of power administered by RMCD in ensuring the nation’s prosperity is maintained," he explained.
