Lumut Maritime Terminal Sdn Bhd, represented by Chief Executive Officer Mubarak Ali Gulam Rasul, with a total payment of RM1,106,400.54.

IPOH, 17 December 2021- HRH Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah received business zakat totalling RM3,006,108.54 from six corporate companies for the Perak Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council at Istana Kinta today.

The handing over was led by Lumut Maritime Terminal Sdn Bhd, represented by Chief Executive Officer  Mubarak Ali Gulam Rasul,  with a total payment of RM1,106,400.54.

This was followed by State Secretary Incorporated (SSI), represented by Deputy Chief Executive Officer Zulkefli Abdullah, with business zakat of RM500,000.00.

Meanwhile, Menteri Besar Incorporated (Perak), represented by Anuar Zainal Abidin, handed over business zakat amounting to RM420,000.00.

Also paying zakat was KPJ Ipoh Specialist Sdn Bhd with RM335,000.00, which was handed over by KPJ Sri Manjung Specialist Hospital General Manager Badrul Hisyam Ibrahim.

Next was Perak Integrated Network Services Sdn Bhd, represented by Chief Operating Officer Adi Reza Abdul Razak, with zakat payment amounting to RM325,000.00.

The last was QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd with RM319,708.00, which was handed over by Chief Financial Officer Razak Nordin.

Also present were Orang Kaya Tun Bendahara Seri Maharaja Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Mohd Zahidi Zainuddin, Orang Kaya Kaya Imam Paduka Dato' Dr. Afifi Al-Akiti, Toh Muda Orang Kaya Kaya Panglima Kinta Seri Amar Bangsa DiRaja Dato' Ab. Wahab Dato’ Seri Azizul Hassan, State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and MAIPk Chief Executive Officer Shahrul Azam Shaari.
