800 Participants Liven Up JAKM Perak Fun Ride Programme.

The Chief Secretary to the Government and dignitaries flagging off the 800 cyclists.

PASIR SALAK, 2 July 2022 - A total of 800 participants participated in the Perak Malaysian Family Aspiration Tour (JAKM) Fun Ride Programme.

The programme, which began and ended at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Dato' Maharaja Lela here, comprised two categories – a 25 kilometres route for the public and 8.6 kilometres for dignitaries.

It was further enlivened by the presence of the Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dato' Seri Mohd Zuki Ali at 7.35 am.

Also cycling with him were State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, Prime Minister's Department (JPM) Senior Deputy Secretary-General Dato' Sollehuddin Alyubi Zakaria, JPM Deputy Secretary-General (Management) Datuk Mohammad Ismail, SEPADU Executive Director Wan Azilawati Wan Mahmood and Kampung Gajah State Assemblyman Datuk Dr Wan Norashikin Wan Noordin.

Pasir Salak Member of Parliament Dato' Sri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman was also present.

"This is the first time we have a Fun Ride cycling programme for the JAKM session. We were very keen to hold this programme due to the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the village. On this occasion, we can go down to the ground to see the local area and discuss the people's affairs in a relaxed manner," said Tan Sri Dato' Seri Mohd Zuki Ali.

After that, he and the guests presented donations of necessities to 20 asnaf families around Kampung Gajah.
