IPOH, 30 January 2023 - Deputy State Secretary (Management) Dato' Nor Sham Rahman officiated the Perak State Secretariat Digitalisation Strategic Plan (PSP PSUK Perak) Sign-Off Session at Hotel Casuarina@Meru here.

Dato' Nor Sham Rahman said the PSUK Perak Strategic Plan 2021-2025 and the Prosperous Perak Agenda 2030, developed in line with the implementation of the Public Sector Digitalisation Strategic Plan 2021-2025, can be a guide in setting the direction of the PSUK Perak digitalisation.

"This plan will be the main source of reference in setting a comprehensive digitalisation direction for four years that outlines strategies and programmes as a guide for the development and implementation of SUK Perak's digital project initiatives.

The Executive Summary for this plan will be displayed on the Perak portal starting this February. All departments under the administration of the Perak State Government can use this summary as a reference for the development of a digitalisation strategic plan in their respective departments. This Executive Summary will also be printed and distributed to all departments," she said.

Also present at the session was Head of ICT Consultant (Strategist) in MAMPU ICT Consultancy Division Siti Sapura Raffee.

The sign-off session was held as a symbolic end to the PSUK Perak collaboration with MAMPU in developing the PSP PSUK Perak 2022-2025 which has been implemented for 9 months from March to November 2022.

The PSP PSUK Perak 2022-2025 also outlined four main thrusts, namely the empowerment of digitalisation of state government services that are secure, inclusive and integrated, strengthening of digital technology infrastructure and ICT security, strengthening of digital capabilities holistically and empowerment of sustainable digital governance.

Also present were Information Management Division Secretary Mohamad Fadzli, Human Resource Management Division Secretary Azraie Harun and PSP consulting team of MAMPU ICT Consultancy Division.
