HH Raja DiHilir Perak gracing the Banquet and Prize Presentation Ceremony for the Inter-District Tenpin Bowling Tournament in conjunction with HRH Sultan of Perak’s Birthday.

TANJUNG MALIM, 27 July 2025 – HH Raja DiHilir Perak Raja Iskandar Dzurkarnain Sultan Idris Shah graced the Banquet and Prize Presentation Ceremony for the Inter-District Tenpin Bowling Tournament in conjunction with HRH Sultan of Perak’s Birthday 2025 at the UPSI Sports Bowl here.

The meaningful event was also attended by Perak Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad, HH Tunku Dato' Seri Kamel Tunku Rijaludin, Perak State Assembly Speaker Dato’ Mohammad Zahir Abdul Khalid, State Secretary Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and State Financial Officer Dato’ Mohd Zaki Mahyudin.

Also present were the State Exco Members, State Assemblymen, Perak Territorial Chiefs, UPSI Vice-Chancellor Professor Dato' Dr. Md Amin Md Taff, Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Association President Toh Indera Jaya Dato' Ishak Mohamed, and heads of state and federal departments.

Before the prize presentation ceremony, HH Raja DiHilir Perak graciously watched a friendly match between the Menteri Besar Team and the Istana Team.

The match, held in the true spirit of sportsmanship, not only became an arena for intense competition but also strengthened the bonds of friendship between the two teams.

After the match, the event continued with a prize presentation, where the Istana Team emerged as champion in the team category, while the Menteri Besar Team took second place, showcasing the participants’ high spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork.

In the women's individual category, the High Game was won by Emma Ahmad Anajmi from the Menteri Besar Team, who emerged as women's champion, followed by Dr. Nasreen Khanum Nawab Zadah Khan also from the Menteri Besar Team in second place, and Noor Shaabira Amir from the Istana Team in third place.

In the men's individual category, the High Game went to Mohd Sazfary Mohd Saad from the Istana Team, while the champion was Dato' Mohd Zakuan Zakaria from the Menteri Besar Team, second place was Zulkefli Abdullah from the Menteri Besar Team and third was HH Raja Jalil Raja Ziad from the Istana Team.

All prizes for the winners of this tournament were presented by HH DiHilir Perak, in recognition of the outstanding performance of the participants in each contested category.

This tournament not only was an arena for healthy competition, but also served as a key platform to strengthen ties between state leaders and various parties involved, while fostering the spirit of sportsmanship and unity among all participants.
