IPOH, 19 March 2023 - The Perak Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) will collaborate with Ipoh City Council (MBI) to organise the Rahmah Ramadan Bazaar (BRR) at People's Park.

Perak Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad said this when officiating the Perak State Level National Consumer Day 2023, themed "Empowered Consumers, Prosperous Nation" at Lotus's Bercham this afternoon.

"This is an initiative for the whole community to enjoy quality breaking of fast food at reasonable prices," he said in a press conference after the ceremony.

He added that it is estimated that 20 traders will be involved in selling various Rahmah Menus at the bazaar.

According to him, until now there are 244 premises in Perak that offer Rahmah Menu.

"Congratulations and well done to all traders who have responded to the government's call to help the people enjoy quality food at reasonable prices.

"May this noble endeavor always be facilitated for the benefit of the people," he said.

Also present were Perak Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Director Datuk Kamalludin Ismail and Lotus's Malaysia's Northern Region Director Yew Yoong Sin.

At the event, he also presented school kits to 50 recipients.
