The Perak Menteri Besar mingling with State Assemblymen.

IPOH, 22 April 2023 - HRH Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah graced the Perak State Level Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration 2023 at the Indera Mulia Stadium grounds here.

Also gracing the event were HRH Raja Permaisuri Perak Tuanku Zara Salim, HH Raja Muda Perak Raja Jaafar Raja Muda Musa, HH Raja Puan Besar Raja Nazhatul Shima Sultan Idris A’fifullah Shah, HH Raja DiHilir Perak Raja Iskandar Dzurkarnain Sultan Idris A’fifullah Shah and HH Raja Puan Muda Perak Tunku Soraya Abdul Halim Shah.

The ceremony which started at 2.30 pm was thronged with about 20,000 people who came to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri this year.

The attendance of visitors of various races, ethnicities and ages at the event has enhanced harmony and strengthened friendships.

All in all, the celebration was joyous and enlivened with a variety of Raya delicacies as well as performances by Kumpulan Selendang Perak.

At the event, His Royal Highness handed out duit raya to the orphans of Rumah Kanak-Kanak Sultan Abdul Aziz, Kuala Kangsar and Flat PPR Jalan Ashby Ipoh.

Also present were Perak Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad, State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, State Legal Adviser Dato' Azmir Shah Zainal Abidin, State Financial Officer Mohd Zaki Mahyudin, State Exco Members, State Assemblymen, Members of Parliament, state dignitaries and state and federal department heads.
