Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad officiated the Flag Off Ceremony of Perak Entrepreneur Products to Malaysia Fest 2023.

GERIK, 20 July 2023 - The Perak State Government today organised the Meet The Clients Day MESRA Programme series 6/2023 at the Gerik District Council Multipurpose Hall.

Perak Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad said so far until this series, a total of 852 complaints were received. Of these, 693 complaints had been resolved.

"The rest of the complaints are still pending as they involved issues at the Federal Government level, private land applications, road repairs in districts and the problem of catching wild animals," he said.

He added that a total of 69 customer service counters, including the heads of state departments and agencies together with the Menteri Besar and state exco members were involved in serving the clients.

In addition, 15 exhibition booths, 4 mobile service counters and 10 business products were also available for visitors.

Meanwhile, he also officiated the Flag Off Ceremony of Perak Entrepreneur Products to Malaysia Fest 2023, to be held at the Singapore Expo Hall, Singapore from 27 to 30 July 2023.

The Perak state government delegation will be led by State Women, Family, Social Welfare, Cooperatives and Entrepreneur Development Committee chairman Salbiah Mohamed together with the Perak Entrepreneur Development Secretariat (STeP), State Economic Planning Unit (UPEN), Perak State Secretariat and Perak Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA).

At this MESRA programme, the State Agricultural Development Corporation (SADC) also held a sale of basic necessities with a discount of up to 50% in conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of Perak SADC.

Also present were State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, State Legal Adviser Dato' Azmir Shah Zainal Abidin, State Financial Officer Mohd Zaki Mahyudin and Hulu Perak Chief Assistant District Officer Faizal Nizam Md Nor.
