IPOH, 27 June 2024 - Deputy State Secretary (Management) and Kelab Seri Perak Darul Ridzuan (KESEDAR) Vice President Dato' Nor Sham Rahman represented KESEDAR President Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim in officiating the launch of phase 1 of the KESEDAR Membership Registration System development.

The launch was held during the 28th KESEDAR General Meeting 2024 at the Perak State Secretariat Banquet Hall.

"I was informed that as of 30 May 2024, KESEDAR membership stands at 876 members. In order to ensure that KESEDAR remains relevant and forward-looking, KESEDAR has collaborated with the Information Management Division (BPM) to realise the KESEDAR Membership Registration System.

"On behalf of the KESEDAR President, I would like to thank BPM Division Secretary Mohamad Fadzli Tarmizi and his team for working hard to realise this system. This is to ensure that the information coordination of KESEDAR members according to the divisions is accurate," she said when reading the speech on behalf of Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim.

She also extended her congratulations to all the KESEDAR members for their commitment.

She added that through association activities, not only can one improve their professional and personal capacity but also strengthen social bonds while promoting a more inclusive and collaborative work culture.

The ceremony continued with a prize-giving session for the KESEDAR members’ children who excelled in the 2023 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination, followed by the presentation of mandatory retirement gifts and symbolic handing over of souvenirs to KESEDAR members represented by the department heads.

Dato' Nor Sham Rahman then chaired the presentation session for the confirmation of minutes of meeting, financial statements and KESEDAR activity reports for 2023 until May 2024.

Also present were Deputy State Secretary (Development) Halizah Sipun and Perak Sports Council (MSN) Director Mazlan Mohamad.

The meeting ended with a lucky draw for the members present.
