IPOH, 19 January 2021- State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim today launched the Strategic Plan Book 2021-2025 for the realisation of the Perak State Secretariat’s vision to be the ‘Transformational Leader of the Perak Public Service Delivery System by 2025’.

This strategic plan is a guideline to ensure that all planning can be realized in line with state government policies.

These efforts have been designed through the identification of strategic issues and environmental analysis which are key factors in service delivery that will have a high impact on stakeholders, strategic partners and clients.

In ensuring that the plan’s objectives are achieved, the Perak State Secretariat focusses on four main thrusts in formulating the plan, namely socio-economic development, strengthening sustainable environmental management, digital delivery system and service delivery.

Meanwhile, the Strategic Plan Book 2021-2025 Launch Ceremony was briefly held at Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan following the Conditional Movement Control Order to control the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Perak.

Also present were Deputy State Secretary (Management) Nor Sham Rahman, Deputy State Secretary (Development) Halizah Sipun and Corporate Division Principal Assistant State Secretary Anita Amri.

The Strategic Plan 2021-2025 will be distributed to all State Departments, District and Land Offices, Local Authorities and also Statutory Bodies in Perak so that the relevant parties can improve the quality of work and focus in enhancing uniform development.
