IPOH, 14 June 2023 - A total of 67 staff of the Perak State Secretariat (SUK Perak) and State Finance Office were selected to receive the Excellent Service Award (APC).

The award ceremony was officiated by Perak Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad at the Kinta Riverfront Hotel this afternoon.

He congratulated the recipients and hoped that the award would be an inspiration to civil servants.

"Hopefully, this APC award will be an inspiration to civil servants to provide the best overall service to the people.

"The trust shouldered must be carried out with full commitment and dedication to protect the image of the department and the government," he said.

Among the award recipients were Perak Land and Mines Office Director Dato' Mohamad Fariz Mohamad Hanip, Senior Private Secretary to HRH Sultan of Perak Colonel Norzahari Efandy Zakaria, Kinta District Officer Meor Hezbullah Meor Abd Malik and Batu Gajah District Council President Mohamad Razif Ramli.

Also present were State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, State Legal Adviser Dato' Azmir Shah Zainal Abidin, State Financial Officer Mohd Zaki Mahyudin and State Infrastructure, Energy, Water and Public Transport Committee chairman Dato' Seri Ir Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin.
