Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad listening attentively to the people’s complaints.

MANJUNG, 10 June 2024 - The fourth series of the Meet The Clients Day (MCD) MESRA programme continued in Manjung district. The programme was held at Dewan Merdeka, Manjung Municipal Council here.

A total of 200 complaints were received. As of the 3rd series, out of 595 complaints received, 540 (98%) were resolved. The remaining 55 (2%) complaints are still pending.

Earlier, the Presentation of the Second Year Progress Report of Perak Sejahtera 2030 was also held.

At the event, Perak Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Saarani Mohamad announced three new agendas in the Perak Sejahtera Plan 2030, i.e., Social Development, Environmental Sustainability and Biodiversity, and Empowerment of Local Authorities.

Also present were State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, State Legal Adviser Dato' Azmir Shah Zainal Abidin, State Financial Officer Dato' Mohd Zaki Mahyudin, State Exco Members and Manjung District Officer Shamsul Ridzuan Idris.
