IPOH, 26 November 2025 – State Secretary Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim today received a courtesy call from State Education Department Director Zulkafli Mohamed Mokhtar at the Perak State Secretariat, Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan.

Zulkafli Mohamed Mokhtar, who assumed office as the Perak Education Department Director on 10 November 2025, attended the meeting to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the State Education Department and the State Government administration, particularly in enhancing the state’s education development agenda and strategic initiatives.

The meeting also opened up space for exchanging views on efforts to strengthen educational development, including potential collaboration with the Perak State Government in implementing community programmes, youth initiatives and human capital development.

Also present was Mohd Hafiz Noorpiah, Special Unit Principal Assistant Director, School Management Sector, Perak State Education Department.

Hopefully, the strategic cooperation between both parties can drive more holistic, inclusive and high-impact educational development, thus supporting the Perak Sejahtera 2030 aspirations towards making Perak more prosperous, progressive and resilient.
